With over a decade of experience in child advocacy, Megan had the
privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. As a CRM teacher and Triple P Facilitator, she brings both evidence-based training and real -world insight to her work. Through years of providing peer support to professionals working with families, she consistently heard the same challenge: “These techniques are valuable, but how do we help people calm down enough to actually use them?” This question led her to CRM training, where she discovered that self-regulation isn’t just another tool, it’s the foundation that makes every other modality effective.
